SOC shows as "Blocked" even though I am not blocked by Google.

This is, we believe, a bug on Google's end. It also applies to phrases which contain the word "comment," "sign" or the word "guest".
This is not a Google block, it is simply a problem where Google will not return a count. You can still click the "Blocked link" and retrieve the individual counts of inurl, inanchor and intitle to help you get a better idea of SOC.
