First, you'll want to do is find a variety of article submission sites. Here is a great list:

Your goal is to submit articles to each site and at the end of the article you can link to your blog/website. We've made a video about getting your backlinks indexed quickly, but if you watch it you can get a better feel for creating backlinks:
